An elegant skirt with ethnic kerela painting.
Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Golden Yellow 09, Olive Green 16, Indian Red 10, White 27, Black 02, Ultramarine Blue 23,Fine Art Brushes,Palette. Kurta, Design, Carbon paper, Papers, Pencil.
Wash, dry and iron the kurta.
Draw or trace the design on the kurta.
Insert few papers inside the kurti, behind the painting area, so that the backside of kurti does not get stained.
Paint the design using shading technique from dark (at borders) to light (centre of design). Use Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Golden Yellow, Olive Green, Indian Red, Ultramarine Blue, White and Black to paint. Refer picture. You may create shades of your choice by mixing two acrylic colours. Leave to dry.
Outline the whole design using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Indian Red + Black. Leave to dry.
