Kettle painting that is now a rage and catching up quite well. Here is one that we have made in a combination of yellow and black, with Mumbai being a theme where we have depicted typical sights seen in the city of Mumbai on a daily life.
Fevicryl Acrylic Colours - Black 02, Chrome Yellow 03, White 27, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brushes, Aluminum Kettle, 2 Glasses, Tissue Paper, Brown Coloured Pencil, Water Container, Colour Palette
Take an aluminum kettle. Paint the kettle by giving a coat of Acrylic Colour - White 27. Leave it to dry.
Paint a second coat using Acrylic Colour - Chrome Yellow 03. Let it dry.
Take the glasses and cover it by sticking tissue paper on it using Fabric Glue. Leave a 1” border from the rim of the glasses. Leave it to dry.
Paint the glasses with a first coat of Acrylic Colour - White 27 and a second coat with Acrylic Colour - Chrome Yellow 03.
Draw a graphical representation of the city of Mumbai like tourist places, favourite food items, transportation modes of Mumbai city etc. on the kettle and the stripes on the glasses. Paint the graphical representation motifs and the stripes with Acrylic Colour - Black 02. Leave it to dry.
