It is a rangoli made with acrylic base in plastic and kundan stones
Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Plastic acrylic base, OHP sheet, Kundan stones, Scissors.
Take a acrylic base available in market, then cut ohp sheet of desired size.
Apply glue and place the kundan stones in design and let it dry. Also stick the ohp sheet on the acrylic base so that it gives a final look.
