Baby dress, look almost embroidered but it is done using Fevicryl 3D Outliner.
Dress, Carbon paper, Pencil, Design paper, Fevicryl 3D Outliner Black
Trace the design on the dress using design paper and carbon.
Now paint the design with Fevicryl 3D Outliner black completely and leave it to dry.
