Materials Needed

Fevicryl Acrylic Colours, Fevicol A+, Newspaper

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Fold news papers into string shapes, stick them with Fevicol A+, use a balloon or plastic ball to bring the shape, paint all the strings with Acrylic Colours of your choice & burst the balloon after drying.
