Decorate a photo frame with folk art from Rajasthan
Fevicryl Shilpkar- 2packs Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Indian Red 10 Fevicryl No-Stitch Fabric Glue Fine Art Brushes. Wooden photoframe Round mirrors Talcum powder Scissors.
Paint the photoframe using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Indian Red. Leave to dry.
Take Fevicryl Shilpkar, mix the resin base and hardener evenly to form even dough. You may sprinkle little talcum powder on your hands to avoid sticking.
To make the floral design, take Shilpkar dough and roll it in long coils, stick the coils on the frame like stem, using Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue. To make leaves and flowers, take Shilpkar dough and shape it in flat drop shape. Make many such shapes. Stick them on the frame. Refer picture. While the Shilpkar is still soft, apply Fevicryl No-Stitch Fabric Glue on the mirror pieces and insert them in Shilpkar. Refer picture. Leave to harden.
