Upcycled my broken chakla & converted it into an art decor. Used lippan art which is mud and mirror mural craft of Gujarat.
Fevicryl Acrylic Colours, Old CD, Fevicryl Mouldit, Fine Art Brush, Fevicol MR, Scissors.
Cleaned the belan & painted it with Fevicryl acrylic colours. I used Red, Green & Yellow colors.
I painted the chakla in a set pattern. you can paint as per your wish. Then I used old CDS & cut out desired shapes such as rectangular & circular & stuck these with Fevicol on the board in a pattern.
I took Fevicryl Mouldit & made thin rolls & encircled the mirrors. I painted some of the clay linings to give it a brighter look.
