Neckline desing using Liquid Embroidery Colours.
Liquid Embroidery Cone Pearl Metallic Gold 352, White 301, Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue and half cut pearl beads.
Draw the design with white pencil.
Paint the design with liquid Embroidery as shown in the picture, paste the pearls using Fabric Glue.
Let it dry completely. Iron the reverse side after after 48 hours.
