Fevicryl 3D Neon Liners, Pants or any fabric
Take ur plain black pants or leggings
Start drawing design of your choice directly with 3D Neon Liners
Doodle design until u r satisfied.I added pockets,heart, roses, cake, donuts, n ice-cream, you can draw anything you like.
Once you are done with your design iron on the reverse side of fabric for better fixation. Now wear your art n be ready to turn on the Neon.
