It is a rangoli for navratri using 3D Neon Colour tubes and 3D Golden Glitters.
OHP sheet, Fevicryl 3D Glitter Gold, Fevicryl 3D Neon Liners
Take a OHP sheet draw a rangoli of your choice using 3D Glitter tube. Use 3D Neon colour tubes and enhance it. Let the rangoli dry for sometime and decorate it.
