Materials Needed

Fevicryl Soft Acrylic Colours Magenta 213, White 227, Sap Green 221, Fine Art Brush, Colour Palette, Yellow Carbon paper.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Wash dry the saree to remove starch and then iron it. Draw or trace the design (just marking the place and size of the flower will also do). Take White and Magenta in a palette and load the flat brush as shown in the picture

Step 2

Paint using simple ‘S’ and ‘C’ Strokes

Step 3

Paint the buds using ‘C’ strokes as shown in the picture.

Step 4

Finally paint the stems using Sap Green as shown in the picture.
