Materials Needed

Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Lemon Yellow 11, Neon Yellow 011, Green 012, Orange 017, Pink 018, Fevicryl 3 D Cone Outliner Non Sticky Black 708, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fevicryl Owl Stencil, Fine Art Brushes, Half a Meter Poplin Fabric, Scissors, Colourful Fabric Pieces, Wooden Embroidery Ring (12” Diameter), Sponge, Black Cord, Wooden Beads (White), Needle, Colour Palette, Water Container

Step-by-Step Instructions

• Take half a meter poplin fabric; cut the fabric piece slightly bigger than the embroidery ring. • Take the owl stencil; sponge dab the stencil design in the centre of the fabric piece using Acrylic Colours Neon Yellow 011, Green 012, Orange 017 and Pink 018. • Leave it to dry completely.

• Paint the outline of the stenciled owl with 3D Cone Outliner Non Sticky Black 708. Leave it to dry completely.

• Take the wooden embroidery ring, paint the ring with Acrylic Colours Lemon Yellow 11. • Let it dry.

Step 4

• Take the colourful fabric pieces. • Cut the semi circles from them to make the conical fabric tassels for dangling. • Fold the semi circles to make the cone shapes and secure the ends by sticking it with Fabric glue. Let it dry.

• Take the black cord, needle and white wooden beads to make the bead strands along with conical tassels. • Refer to the image.

• Assemble the ring along with the fabric conical tassels aesthetically. • Enhance the outer periphery around the owl with doted lines using 3D Cone Outliner Non Sticky Black 708. • Leave it to dry completely.
