Materials Needed

Fevicryl Fabric Colour White 227, Fine Art Brushes, A3 White Paper, Plain Black Dupatta, White Carbon Paper, Pencil, Colour Palette, Water Container

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Paint the Patachitra design in a monochrome style using only one color on the dark base.
  • Use the black dupatta for this purpose.

  • Take A3 white paper and draw a design inspired by the Patachitra borders with peacock motifs.
  • Trace the design onto the black dupatta using white carbon paper.

  • Paint the traced design with Fevicryl Fabric Colour White 227.
  • Allow it to dry completely.
