Pebble painting

Who could think a basic material like a pebble could look so beautiful. We have used the pointillism technique using a fine brush with Fevicryl Acrylic Colours. It  looks so strikingly attractive that one cannot but resist attempt making it, as it so basic yet beautiful

Materials Needed

Fevicryl Acrylic Colours - Black 02, Chrome Yellow 03, Crimson 04, Light Green 12, Orange 17, Ultramarine Blue 23, Violet 25, White 27, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brushes, Water Container, Colour Palette, Round Shaped Pebbles, White Pencil.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Take plain round pebbles. Paint the pebbles using Acrylic Colour - Black 02. Let it dry.

Draw a fish on the pebbles.

Paint the fish with the dot technique using Acrylic Colours - Chrome Yellow 03, Crimson 04, Orange 17, Ultramarine Blue 23 and White 27. Similarly paint different designs on the pebbles using different shades of Acrylic Colours - Chrome Yellow 03, Crimson 04, Light Green 12, Orange 17, Ultramarine Blue 23 and Violet 25.
