Take a plain black T-shirt.
Take an A4 sized white paper; draw a pineapple with the doodle design in it. Trace the same design on the chest of the T-shirt with white carbon paper.
Paint the doodle pattern design with Neon Outliners Yellow and Pink. Let it dry.
