Fevicol MR, Paper Quilling Strips, Slotted Quilling Tool, Super Quiller, Scissors, CD
Take an old CD and use it as a base, quill the face and the body of the doll using the quilling needle and pushing it out from the center to give the desired shape.
Make the hat by quilling paper into tight quills and the push out the centre quill. Make the small quilled flowers, the tree trunk using a tight coil and the leaves with loosely coiled strips. Make the fountain by using a loose coil and partly coiled strips. Add small plants using comb quilling and teardrop shape.
To make the figures sturdy, you can coat it with Fevicol MR mixed with few drops of water.
