Paint Fine Art Canvas with Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Sky Blue. Leave to dry.
To make quilling fishes and other sea creatures, take coloured quilling strips from the Fevicryl Quilling Strips Multi Colour 3mm pack and roll it in a coil using the Fevicryl Quilling Tool. Stick the edge using Fevicol MR. Remove the coil from the tool and pinch the coil to get required shapes. Join the shapes to form fishes, octopus, grass, etc.
Arrange the fishes, octopus and grass on the Fine Art Canvas and stick them using Fevicol MR.
