Materials Needed

Quilling strips, Slotted Quilling Tool, Fevicol MR, Fevicryl Sunflower Kit, Fine Art Canvas

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Take the Canvas Board and paint the strips, eyes, lips as shown in the picture using Acrylic Colours. Take the Quilling Tool and start making the head and the crown using basic quilling shapes, as shown in the picture.
