Festival stars are everywhere, but you can add an ornate embellishment by covering a paper star with quilled coils to create a beautiful accent to hang in a very special spot.
Fevicol MR, Paper Quilling Strips, Slotted Quilling Tool, Super Quiller, Paper star
Gather Supplies – Paper Star 3mm Quilling Strips Quilling Tool Craft Glue - Fevicol MR Battery Powered Light
Create quilled coils in the shapes seen in the photo. Make 20 sets of coils to cover the entire star.
Glue coils to star using Fevicol MR in the pattern as shown in the photo.
Repeat for all 20 sides of the star.
Let it dry overnight. Place battery powered light inside the star and hang it.
