Take a thick flower making wire to make the tiara Measure the wire in the size of your head and cut 2 inches extra to make the hook and the loop Wind the flower making green tape around the wire neatly to seal the wire and the ends Turn the ends into a U shape to create the hook and the loop.
Take 5mm quilling strip in the colours of your choice and roll a tight quill on the slotted quilling tool You may have to join two strips end to end to make a bigger flower Make 5 such tight quills for the flower Press the tight quills into a petal shape and push them from the centre to bring them in a concave shape Stick the petals properly using Fevicol MR to form the flower Roll one tight quill for the centre of the flower in another colour as that of the petals Push it from the centre as well and stick it in the centre of the flower Leave it to dry
Make the flowers in assorted colours and sizes as shown You may have to join two strips to make a bigger flower and adjust the lengths of the strip as per the size
Take half cut pearls and string them in a thin golden coloured craft wire, string it further through the quilled flower and tie it on the wire for the tiara See to it that the ends of the thin wire are also further sealed using the green flower making tape.
