Created the Peacock using Quilling Art and added a clock to get a utility advantage.
Fevicol MR, Paper Quilling Strips, Slotted Quilling Tool, Super Quiller, Quilling Board,Scissors, MDF Board, Clock mechanism
Take an mdf board of size 15" × 15". Cover it with scrapbook paper and some laces Paste your 6" clock on the MDF board according to your design. Draw the peacock and start filling it with 5mm quilling strips in a beehive technique to make the peacock. Leave a boundary for the frame.

Start making the feather with respective quilling coloured strips.
Further add flowers and mdf Embellishments to it. Fit Clock mechanism and your frame is ready.
