Pretty handmade card with Quilling strips and paper base.
Fevicol MR, Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Black 02, Crimson 04, Flesh Tint 30, Fine Art Brush, Colour Palette, Paper Quilling Strips 3mm, 5mm, 7mm, Slotted Quilling Tool, Super Quiller, Quilling Comb, Pencil, Card Paper, Textured paper/fabric.
Draw a picture you wish to use as base for quilling on paper.
Make rolls of quilling paper and mould them in various shapes as per your design and color scheme.
Start pasting the rolls using Fevicol MR on the design.
After finishing with quill rolls pasting, color the face with skin color and create facial features using Acrylic colors and finally paste the card on a base (textured sheet/fabric
