This frame is made using just the basic technique of making Marquise(petal shape).
Assemble and stick these quills in flower and leaves.
Fevicol MR, Paper Quilling Strips - 5mm, Slotted Quilling tool, Wooden Frame, Sequins.
Take 5mm quilling paper strip in the colour of your choice.
Make loose coil then shape it into Marquise(petal shape). Then join them in flower shape using 3 quills for one petal.
Start assembling and sticking the quills of flower and leaf on cardboard frame/photo frame using Fevicol MR. Then decorate it with sequins.
