Fevicryl 3D Neon liners, OHP Sheet, Fevicryl 3D Outliner Black, White
Paint the design on the OHP sheet using Neon Liners and leave it to dry.
Give the finishing to the design using Black and White Fevicryl 3D Outliners and leave it to dry
