Take a flat tray or a shallow container in the size of A4 size paper Fill half the tray with water
Add Solvent Based Glass Colour Tomato Red to the water/ The colour will float Take a toothpick and run it in all directions on the colour to get a marbelled effect
Place the thick coated paper on the surface of the water Gently press the paper on the water Pick up the paper and you will see the marbelled effect on the paper Leave it to dry You may cut shapes like hearts and flower from the paper in the size you want
Take an OHP Sheet Draw heart shapes in different sizes using Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliner Glitter Gold Leave it to dryYou may draw flowers
Colour the hearts using Fevicryl Solvent Based Glass Colour Tomato Red Leave it to dry
Take A4 Sized pink coloured paper Cut out two hearts, one from the marbelled paper and the other from a red coloured card paper Stick the hearts as shown Decorate the red coloured heart shape by sticking few pink coloured ornamental stones using No Stitch Fabric Glue Take a strip of white card paper and cut it wavy using craft scissors with wavy pattern Stick a 1 inch thick satin ribbon towards the lower edge of the card and stick the white strip on the ribbon usign No Stitch Fabric Glue Take love sticker and stick it as shown
Take an A4 size red colured paper for the base We have used marbelled paper to make the hearts in different sizes and punch the flowers The glass coloured hearts are stuck on the marbelled hearts Take a 1 inch thick satin ribbon and a few colour full threads Arrange and stick all the material and shapes on the paper as shown using Fevicol MR .Take an A4 size red colured paper for the base .We have used marbelled paper to make the hearts in different sizes and punch the flowers.The glass coloured hearts are stuck on the marbelled hearts.Take a 1 inch thick satin ribbon and a few colour full threads.Arrange and stick all the material and shapes on the paper as shown using Fevicol MR
The base paper used is A4 sized pink paper.Use red coloured card paper and marbelled paper cutouts along with glass colour painted hearts to make the arrangement as shown in the image
A4 sized pink paper is used for the base.Take a darker shade of pink card paper. Cut it in an ' L' shape and punch out the heart shapes using a heart shaped craft punch.Take a piece of fine art canvas.Draw a boy and the girl with an umbrella on the canvas sheet.Outline the design with glass colour outliner black and let it dry.Colour the figures and the umbrella using Glittering Glass Colours Tomato Red, Brown, Sea Blue and Golden Yellow respectively.Leave it to dry Cutout the figures along the outlines and stick them as shown in the picture using No Stitch Fabric Glue
The base paper used is A4 sized Red paper.Use red coloured card paper and marbelled paper cutouts along with glass colour painted hearts and flowers to make the arrangement as shown in the image

Also use hearts painted with glass colours.Arrange and stick the hearts as shown in the image using Fevicol MR
