Simple Shagun Envelope decotared with Fevicryl 3D Outliner.
Plain Envelope, Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliner White, Yellow, Orange and Red, Kundan stones.
Take a plain envelope. Draw ro trace the design with a pencil.
Apply Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliner dots of white, yellow, orange and red respectively on the design. Paste the kundans using Fabric Glue and enhance the envelope.
