Take plain white shoes.
Paint horizontal black lines on the shoes using Soft Acrylic Colours Black 201. Let it dry completely.
Paint the doodle pattern design on each strip using neon outliners Pink, Orange, Yellow and Green. Paint the shoe laces with Soft Acrylic Colour Black 202. Leave it to dry.
