Materials Needed

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Finally, stick the white decorative stones using Fevicryl Hobby Ideas No Stitch Fabric Glue.

Step 2

Wash the sari to remove the starch.

Step 3

Draw and trace a geometrical pattern border design on the sari using yellow carbon paper.

Step 4

Paint with Fevicryl Hobby Ideas Acrylic Colours – Sky Blue 63, White 27, Crimson 04, Burnt Sienna 01, Black 02, Sap Green 21, Cerulean Blue 32 and Chrome Yellow 03.

Step 5

Outline the border with Fevicryl Hobby Ideas 3D Cone Outliner – Red 701.

Step 6

To paint the Krishna use Fevicryl Hobby Ideas Sparkling Pearl Colour – Orange 903 for the dhoti and Fevicryl Hobby Ideas Acrylic Colour - Cerulean Blue 32 mixed with White 27 for the entire body.

Step 7

The tree is painted with Fevicryl Hobby Ideas Acrylic Colour - Sap Green 21 and the bark with Dark Brown 05.

Step 8

For the jewellery outline with Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliner Non Sticky Pearl Metallic – Gold 352 and fill in the jewellery pieces with Fevicryl Hobby Ideas 3D Cone Outliner – Red 701 and Pearl – White 301.

Step 9

Iron the saree on the reverse side after 24 hours.
