Take two A3 sized OHP sheets. Draw a rectangle of 9''x11''on each sheet. Refer to the template.
Divide the rectangle horizontally so that you get two adgecent rectangles of 9''x5'' each. Leaving 1/2'' on either side for sticking, as seen in the image. Now draw the arch starting approximately from 6'' onwards.
Stick the two rectangular window shaped panels of OHP together with Fabric Glue. You will get a rectangular shaped box. Let it dry.
Take yellow, orange, red and green coloured quilling strips. Quill the strips to make loose coils, shape each coil to make tear drop shapes.
Stick these tear drop shapes and create a floral design on the rectangular OHP box using Fabric Glue.
Stick and suspend a silver coloured thread on the top side of the OHP box dangler along with big beads. You can dangle it or use it as the tea lite cover.
