Fevicryl Neon Liners, Fevicryl Acrylic Colour Black, Fine Art Brush.

Take a terracotta Diya stand which is to be decorated

Apply a base coat of Fevicryl Acrylic Colour Black.

Now decorate it with Fevicryl Neon Colours(Pink,Orange,Green and Yellow)
