Take Fevicryl Shilpkar, mix the resin base and hardener evenly to form even dough. You may sprinkle little talcum powder on your hands to avoid sticking.
To make circular base, take Shilpkar dough and roll it flat using rolling pin. Mark a 6” circle using rounder and cut it.
Cut the PVC or cardboard roll to 3.5 inches height. Apply Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue on the base of the PVC or cardboard roll and press lightly in the center of the base circular base.
Take shilpkar dough and shape it as fishes. Stick the fishes on the tissue holder using Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue. Mark the fish details using pen cap and paper cutter. Refer picture. Leave to harden.
Paint the tissue holder using Fevicryl Pearl Colour- Pink, Spring Green, Blue, White Lemon Yellow and Orange. Leave to dry.
Apply 2-3 coats of Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue on the whole piece to get a glossy look. Leave to dry.
Stick marble chips on the base of the tissue holder using Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue.
