DESIGNER TISSUE STAND
Fevicryl 3D Outliner Black-708, White plastic D shaped holder, Pencil, Design paper, Carbon paper, Tissues.
Trace the design on the holder using carbon paper.
Now paint the design with Fevicryl 3D Black Outliner and leave it to dry. Finally you can put the tissues in the holder.
