Materials Needed

Fevicryl Shilpkar,Fevicryl Pearl Metallic Colour- Silver 351, Gold 352, Copper 353, Bronze 355, Red 356,Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Black,Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue,Fine Art Brushes,Palette. Terracotta pot, Satin ribbon, Paper, Pencil, Paper cutter, Scissors

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Wash and dry the pot.

Step 2

Paint the pot using Fevicryl Pearl Metallic Colour- Gold, Leave to dry.

Step 3

Draw the facial features of the tribal man on the pot. Refer picture.

Step 4

Take Fevicryl Shilpkar, mix the resin base and hardener evenly to form even dough. You may sprinkle little talcum powder on your hands to avoid sticking.

Step 5

Take shilpkar dough and roll it in a thick coil. Stick the coils as eyes, moustache, lips, etc using Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue. Refer picture. Mark lines on moustache using paper cutter. Leave to harden.

Step 6

Take shilpkar dough and shape it as nose and stick using Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue. Stick flattened round dough for eyeballs. Lave to harden.

Step 7

Paint the facial features using Fevicryl Pearl Metallic Colour- Silver, Copper, Bronze, Red and Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Black. Refer picture. Leave to dry.

Step 8

Draw, cut and stick paper strips for head gear. Roll the strips from top. Stick satin ribbon using Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue. Leave to dry.
