Materials Needed

Fevicryl Acrylic Colours - Burnt Sienna 01, Black 02, Chrome Yellow 03, Crimson 04, Indian Red 10, Light Green 12, Mauve 15, Orange 17, Sap Green 21, Turquoise Blue 22, Ultramarine Blue 23, White 27, Cerulean Blue 32, Sky Blue 63, Fevicryl Mouldit, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brushes, Rolling Pin, Clay Carving Tools, Paper Cutter, Pencil, Colour Palette, Water Container

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Create the field patterns inside the dish using clay coils and Fabric Glue. Let it dry.

Step 2

Use some clay to make tiny houses and small trees using clay carving tools and Fabric Glue. Let them dry.

Step 3

Paint the houses, trees, and field patterns using Acrylic Colours - Burnt Sienna 01, Black 02, Chrome Yellow 03, Crimson 04, Indian Red 10, Light Green 12, Mauve 15, Orange 17, Sap Green 21, Turquoise Blue 22, Ultramarine Blue 23, White 27, Cerulean Blue 32, and Sky Blue 63. Let it dry.
Attach the miniature houses and trees to the outer and inner edges of the dish using a small amount of clay and Fabric Glue. Allow it to dry completely.
Your trinket holder is now ready to keep keys or small items.

Step 4

We are going to make a trinket holder with field patterns and tiny houses using Fevicryl Mouldit.
Mix the Mouldit resin base and hardener well to make an even dough.
Roll the dough to make a thick slab.
Mark and cut out a circle measuring approximately 5” in diameter.
Lift the edges upwards to give it the shape of a dish to form the trinket holder. Let it dry.
