A card made for Valentines Day!!!
Fevicol MR, Paper Quilling Strips, Slotted Quilling Tool, Super Quiller, Handmade Paper.
I have used handmade paper for the base. Take Red Colour Paper Quilling Strips, make loose quills and arrange them in heart shape as shown. Paste them to the base using Fevicol MR.
