Best out of waste.. A simple plate transformed into a Decorative wall piece.
Fevicryl Water Based Glass Colour, Fevicryl 3D Outliners, Plate, Fevicol MR, Tissue papers.
First take a waste plate
Take tissue paper pieces. Take a bowl add water and Fevicol MR in it. Paste the tissue paper using this mixture. Let it dry
After drying add any design of your choice
Outline the design with 3D Glass outliner, let it dry.
Add Fevicryl Water Based Glass Colours of your choice and your decorative wall art is ready
