Its a home decor made of waste materials .
Fevicryl Glass Colours Solvent Based, CD, Newspaper, Decorating materials, Fevibond, Fevicryl 3D Glitter Outliners.
Use old news papers to make thin tubes and then place the tubes on CD in such a manner that it gives the attached shape.
Now decorate it with different decorating materials - 3D Outliners and Glass Colours.
