Materials Needed

Fevicryl Fabric Colours Black 202, Chrome Yellow 203, Dark Brown 205, Orange 217, Sap Green 221, White 227, Coral Red 266, Teal Blue 268, Fine Art Brushes, 2 ½ Meter Poplin Fabric, A3 White Paper, Yellow Carbon Paper, Pencil, Colour Palette, Water Container

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

We are going to paint the floral design on the white fabric and after painting the design we will stitch the fabric to make the kurti. Take 2½ meter white poplin fabric.

Step 2

Take A3 white paper, draw 2 floral designs on it for the bottom and for the top side of the kurti on it. Trace the same design on the kurti fabric after marking the stitch line for the kurti with yellow carbon paper.

Step 3

Start painting the design with Fevicryl Fabric Colours Black 202, Chrome Yellow 203, Dark Brown 205, Orange 217, Sap Green 221, White 227, Coral Red 266 and Teal Blue 268. Let it dry.

Your final floral design will look like this.

Step 5

Stitch the painted fabric for final look of kurti. Refer to the image.
